1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or downloading materials from SaasWare (https://saasware.tech), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of this website and any downloaded workflow assets immediately.
2. Independent Resource & Trademark Disclaimer
Trademark Acknowledgment: "n8n" is a registered trademark of FairCode GmbH. SaasWare is an independent educational and workflow repository created by automation enthusiasts and developers. SaasWare is not sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with FairCode GmbH or n8n.io.
References to third-party platforms (such as OpenAI, WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Workspace, Shopify, Slack, HubSpot, and QuickBooks) are solely used for identification and tutorial purposes. All registered trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Workflow Licensing & Permitted Use
All downloadable n8n workflow blueprints, JSON files, code snippets, and setup guides provided on SaasWare are distributed free of charge under the following license:
- Commercial & Personal Deployment: You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to import, modify, execute, and adapt our workflow JSON templates for your own personal projects, business operations, or client deliverables.
- No Direct Reselling of Raw JSON: You may not repackage, scrape, or resell the raw JSON files and written documentation of SaasWare as a standalone competing template repository or marketplace.
- No Attribution Required in Production: You are not required to include attribution to SaasWare within your private n8n node configurations.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Except for third-party brand logos and open-source software libraries, all written articles, tutorials, graphics, custom icons, website layouts, and brand designs on SaasWare are the intellectual property of SaasWare and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized copying, scraping, or republishing of entire tutorial articles without written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. User Responsibilities & Credential Security
When you implement n8n automations, you interact with external services, webhooks, and private API credentials. By using our guides, you agree to:
- Test all imported workflows inside a development or sandbox environment before deploying them to live production systems.
- Never expose secret keys, API tokens, webhook credentials, or database passwords in public repositories or unauthenticated endpoints.
- Ensure that your automated workflows comply with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of connected third-party APIs.
6. Third-Party APIs & Services
Our tutorials often provide instructions for connecting external services (such as OpenAI, Stripe, Twilio, or Google Cloud). SaasWare does not control these third-party platforms.
You acknowledge that third-party service providers may update their API schemas, enforce rate limits, or adjust pricing structures independently. SaasWare is not responsible for external API downtime, rate-limiting suspensions, or billing charges incurred on your third-party accounts.
7. Advertising & Monetization
SaasWare is a free, ad-supported platform. To sustain server infrastructure and continuous guide creation, we display third-party advertisements via programs like Google AdSense.
By accessing the site, you agree to the presence of non-intrusive advertisements in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not accept paid editorial influence to endorse unreliable software.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
"As-Is" and "As-Available" Basis:
All workflow templates, scripts, tutorials, and documentation on SaasWare are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
SaasWare makes no representations that the workflows will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific enterprise compliance criteria without custom modification.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SaasWare, its developers, authors, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of data, revenue, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our workflow blueprints or website content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaasWare and its team members against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our workflow files, or violation of any third-party service policies.
